The Great Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternate
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of several companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are favored by young adults, but that adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These promises were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory standards or laws exist to modify health supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription market distribution label particularly stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports drink up or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, she or he should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the product to come to be misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include appropriate statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the product, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small children would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the development of e-liquids. Suppliers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or packaging that claim that a product is acceptable on the market when it is not necessarily.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice goods including several premium brands, a couple of which had a range of what flavors do puff bars can be found in. When I purchased my Amazing Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings in it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire mouth of the disposable unit was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I viewed the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have arrived at expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between this product and the other products was that this product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece delicately on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a good warm spot on the back of my throat that was not found during smoking any traditional smokes. My 2nd puff sent a hurry of flavor through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled little by little while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a moderate pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a sweet and tangy preference with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, presenting me all of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session without needing to worry about obtaining a bad buzz from it.
